Description
Support Grassroots Foundation in helping dropout students complete their 10th and 12th education. This initiative provides financial support, structured coaching, and mentorship to students from low-income and vulnerable backgrounds, enabling them to return to the education system and build a stable future.
Primary Goals
Udaan aims to re-engage students who were forced to drop out of school due to financial constraints, family responsibilities, migration, and social challenges. The program focuses on helping them successfully complete their 10th and 12th board examinations through guided academic support and continuous mentoring.
Beyond academics, the initiative works to rebuild students’ confidence, motivation, and belief in their ability to create a better life.

Problem Statement
A large number of students from low-income and marginalized communities are unable to complete their 10th and 12th education due to financial hardship and lack of access to academic support. Once they drop out, the absence of structured re-entry programs makes it difficult to return to school.
Without basic educational qualifications, these students often face limited career opportunities and are pushed into low-paying, informal work, continuing the cycle of poverty.
